Synopsis in Guide
Browsing the Guide just became even easier. Now when you focus on a programme we will expand the area to show you more useful information, like the programme synopsis and the length of the programme. We'll also call out if the programme has JUST STARTED, is NOW ON or is ENDING SOON to help when you're browsing in the Guide.
Play Next Episode
Easier access to your recordings from the Playback bar
If you've got a series recorded, you can now access the next recorded episodes for that series, straight from the playback bar. Making it easier for you to seamlessly watch those binge worthy shows.
When watching an episode from one of your series recordings, you'll notice a programme tile on the right hand side on the playback bar. Navigate right to highlight the programme and press right again to reveal all the next episodes you've recorded for that series.
Return to UP NEXT with Green Button
To make things easy to navigate when browsing the recorded episodes, pressing the Green button will return you to the UP NEXT episode.
Improved Watch List with Continue Watching
Add series to your Watch List
The next time you add an episode to your Watch List, we'll automatically add the series for you.
Press the Record button on an On Demand programme from Discover/Guide or Search to add it to your Watch List. If the episode was part of a series, we'll add all the available episodes to your Watch List making it easier to continue watching.
A Watch List with a memory
Press Play on a series and we'll play the episode you originally added to the Watch List. Press OK on a series and you'll be able to see all the available episodes in that series.
A smarter Watch List
Whether you're watching programmes in a player or through YouView, if you watch part of it, we'll automatically add it to your Watch List for you to pick up later. Press Play on a series that says CONTINUE WATCHING and you'll be able to pick where you left off in the player.
Add to your Watch List from Search
Series and programmes can now also be added to your Watch List straight from Search.
Save time with Recent Searches
Search can be a quick way to find what you want to watch. We've now made it even quicker to find these programmes by introducing your Recent Searches underneath the search bar. The next time you play a programme from search, we'll add it to your recent searches, ready for you to click and play next time.
Quicker playback bar timeout for recordings
The next time you play a recording you'll notice we've made the 'playback bar' timeout quicker, so it doesn't get in the way of your full screen experience.
Clearer to see programme tiles
We've made it easier to see programme tiles by adding some space between them.

Important information
This is a phased software release therefore some boxes will receive this update before others.
Please note, the DN360T box model does not support recording.
