For Wi-Fi enabled boxes, it’s recommended that the box and the router are within 5 metres of each other and away from other electrical devices. If the Wi-Fi signal falls below 80%, it’s likely that the box and router are too far apart to provide a consistently strong signal.
For the best quality signal, we recommend using a wired connection with an Ethernet cable.
