A YouView Box FAQ

Not the best start, but we’ll try and make up for that:

First, let’s restart your box. Press and hold the supportSiteInlineImage  button on your box for 8 seconds, then let go. You’ll be greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’ telling you that your box has restarted. Then you should be able to complete the set up and enjoy your new box. Need help setting up?

If that doesn’t help we’d suggest contacting your box provider for further help.
