YouView Box

  1. When you try to play an HD programme, it requires authentication from your TV and YouView box. This is known as High Definition Content Protection (or HDCP). If this cannot be enabled at the time you may see this error code on screen.

  2. Looks like we’re not getting enough broadband speed from your router to show a good picture. Try these steps and we’ll see if we can help it pick up the pace:
